If you are eager to enhance your English teaching methodologies within an English as a Medium of Instruction (EMI) framework and contribute to the internationalisation of your classrooms, this programme is designed for you. It offers the opportunity to develop both your English language proficiency (up to level C1/C2) and your pedagogical techniques specifically within the EMI context. The curriculum places a strong emphasis on multimodal communication and the integration of technological resources to enrich learning experiences.

The programme combines both synchronous and asynchronous sessions to maximize flexibility and engagement. It runs from October to June, with most live (synchronous) sessions scheduled on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, typically starting at 16:30 (GMT). This flexible timetable is designed to accommodate participants' diverse schedules, allowing them to engage in real-time discussions while also accessing materials and completing activities asynchronously at their own pace. This blended approach ensures effective participation and supports a variety of learning preferences.

This personalised, online Postgraduate Diploma is tailored for educators who possess at least a B2 level of English proficiency and hold a university degree in any field. Enrolment priority is given to full-time university professors who meet these criteria, but vocational training instructors, adult education professionals, and bilingual educators will also find the programme highly beneficial.

You have the option to enroll in the full programme or select specific modules based on your professional interests and development needs.
