New ULPGC users registration

Users who have registered in the ULPGC in previous years can use their user (first 8 characters of the ID) and password in the procedure they will use (PAU automatricle, pre-registration, etc.). The account remains active if two years have not passed since its use in any process.

People who are NOT already registered in the ULPGC must identify in one of the following means to obtain credentials that allow them to access different procedures: PAU automatricle, pre-registration, etc.
